  • Filtered Water

    Our clean, reverse osmosis (RO) water is the foundation of every gel — binding the ingredients into a smooth, easy-to-digest texture. Unlike sticky syrups found in many other products, our water-based formulation creates a palatable gel that goes down effortlessly, especially during movement.

  • Organic Cane Sugar

    Our sugar is a clean-burning, naturally balanced source of energy — far removed from the GMO-derived dextrose and maltodextrin commonly found in other fuels. Grown in the sun-drenched fields of Mauritius, it’s truly unrefined and rich in natural molasses, offering trace minerals alongside its fuel.

    With a 1:1 ratio of glucose and fructose, it provides both rapid and sustained energy: glucose supports immediate blood sugar needs, while fructose is processed by the liver for a steadier release. Real sugar. Real performance.

  • Fynbos Honey

    Nature’s original energy source. Raw honey offers both glucose and fructose along with beneficial enzymes to help with its digestion and absorption. It also contains small amounts of antioxidants and has antibacterial benefits.

  • Himalayan Salt

    A pure and natural source of sodium and over 80 trace minerals. These minerals help support hydration by aiding the intestines with water absorption and helps replace the essential electrolytes lost through sweat. Sodium is also a crucial element in the uptake of glucose from the gut and getting in enough can help lower the risk of a heavy and watery tummy feeling.

  • Rooibos Tea

    Naturally caffeine-free and rich in antioxidants. Our rooibos is harvested from the Cederberg mountains, it adds a subtle, earthy flavor and boasts with with anti-inflammatory benefits. The freshness and gentleness of the rooibos tea, makes these gels extremely refreshing and easy on the palate.

  • Organic Matcha Powder

    This ingredient is hyped for a reason. The finely ground green tea leaves are full of antioxidants (EGCG) and slow-release caffeine. It is known for enhancing focus, endurance, and recovery.

  • Natural Vanilla Extract

    Warm and aromatic. Sourced from real vanilla beans, it adds depth and roundness without artificial flavourings or sweeteners.

  • Organic Agar-Agar

    An organic seaweed-based gelling agent. It is 100% plant-based and vegan-friendly, and is responsible for our smooth, heat-stable gel texture without any other additives.

  • Lemon Juice

    Bright and refreshing, lemon juice adds a zesty balance while delivering vitamin C, natural electrolytes, and digestive support.

  • Sodium Citrate

    Sodium citrate is natural salt that can be found in citrus fruits. It is a good source of the important electrolyte sodium and the citrate molecule gets turned into bicarbonate by the body which can help regulate acidic build-up in the body. This may reduce the sensation of muscle fatigue.
